Challenge: OCADU CO wanted to elevate how they inspired and supported their clients to prioritize more inclusive and accessible design practices.
Solution: I helped design and deliver learning experiences focused on inclusive design and building a more diverse customer base. I have continued to support OCADU CO in prioritizing IDEAS within design research projects, including methodology, client knowledge building, and resource creation.
