Challenge + Solution


Challenge: Feminuity wanted to extend the current life cycle of their clients and support them in deeper and more sustained progress in their DEI solutions.

Solution: I joined the Feminuity team as the Fractional Director of Design, helping build new services around change management, measurement, and implementation. I act as an integrated team leader, supporting business strategic planning and sales strategy.
