Client

Kin&Co is a disruptive consultancy specializing in purpose- and culture-led change management.

Through our partnership, I’ve supported:

  • Multi-national member organizations

  • Canadian Crown Corporations

  • Mid-to-large technology companies

Challenge + Solution

Challenge: Kin&Co received several client requests for specialized integration of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion within their culture programming and strategy work

Solution: I led the end-to-end design and facilitation of a culture co-design workshop series that integrated leading practices for inclusive leadership, psychological safety, and equity into the final product

Role: Project Lead

“Steph spearheaded design workshops, including a recent co-design series, and was crucial in crafting a multi-year culture strategy for a global non-profit. Steph is a thoughtful and strategic thinker; she balances listening with thoughtful challenges and insights, creating workshop environments that allow creativity and safety.

Her focus on community co-creation allowed for meaningful bottom-up culture transformation. Steph is very committed to her values; she gently nudges and offers a challenge when she feels we are veering away from our stated principles.”
